What are your hours?
We offer two sets of hours.
Business appointments are available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM—just fill out the consultation form above to schedule one.

Do I need an appointment?
Individuals can walk in any time during regular hours (Tue–Fri, 12–4:30 PM)—no appointment needed.
Businesses and teams can schedule a private consultation (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–12 PM) with samples and dedicated project time.

What services do you offer?
We offer five main services:
Screen Printing for bold prints on apparel,
Embroidery for stitched logos on garments,
Film & DTF Printing for names, numbers, and specialty items,
Engraving for awards, trophies, and plaques, and
Promotional Products like branded pens, mugs, and bags.
Ordering
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order requirement. We handle everything from a single custom piece to orders of a thousand or more. From one piece to one thousand—that’s our motto.
How long does an order take?
Most orders are ready within a few days to two weeks, depending on size and complexity. If you’re in a rush, let us know your deadline and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How do I get a quote?
Just tell us the service, the product, approximate quantity, and any details about your design. You can fill out the consultation form above, chat with us, or visit the shop. We typically respond within one business day.
Can I re-order something I’ve ordered before?
Absolutely. We keep your artwork and design files on record, so re-orders are quick and easy. Just let us know what you need—no need to resend your files.
Artwork & Files
What file formats do you accept?
We accept most common formats: AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF (vector files are preferred). High-resolution PNG, JPG, and PSD also work. If you only have a low-resolution image, we can often recreate it for you.
